Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Two Twelve Degree (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website or register for the free Inner Ground Reset webinar (the “Webinar”). By registering, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the Webinar and stay in touch about it:
- Information you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, your selected professional profile, and the area of life you would most like to improve.
- Registration preferences: your consent choices for email and WhatsApp reminders.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected automatically to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
- Webinar participation data: attendance, join and leave time, questions asked and chat messages during the live session.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial or biometric information), and we ask that you do not share such details with us.
2. How we use your information
- To confirm your registration and send you the joining link, reminders and session updates.
- To deliver the free resources promised at registration.
- To add you to the Webinar WhatsApp group where you have opted in.
- To send occasional educational content, future webinar invitations and information about our paid programmes, where you have consented.
- To improve the Webinar content, the website and our services.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (marketing messages, WhatsApp group membership), the performance of a service you requested (delivering the Webinar), our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Communication and calls
By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone — including through automated or AI-assisted calling systems — for reminders and information relating to the Webinar and our programmes. You may withdraw this consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, by leaving the WhatsApp group, or by replying STOP to a message.
5. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate the Webinar, and only to the extent needed:
- Hosting, database and website infrastructure providers.
- Webinar and video-conferencing platforms (for example Zoom).
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp and calling service providers.
- Analytics providers that help us understand website usage.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, to remember your preferences, and to measure traffic and registrations. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
7. Data retention
We keep registration data for as long as needed to deliver the Webinar and related communications, and thereafter only as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
10. Children
The Webinar and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
11. Not medical or psychological advice
Inner Ground Reset is educational and personal-development content. Nothing collected or shared through this website constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice, and no doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship is created.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the website or the Webinar means you accept the updated policy.
