Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your registration for or attendance at the free Inner Ground Reset webinar (the “Webinar”), offered by Two Twelve Degree (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering or attending, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
1. What the Webinar is
Inner Ground Reset is an approximately 90-minute live educational and personal-development session delivered online, primarily in English with Tamil support where helpful. It is intended for working adults who want more calm, better family connection and greater clarity in everyday life.
2. Registration and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration details, including a working email address and WhatsApp number.
- Registration is personal to you. Your joining link must not be shared, resold or published.
- Live seats are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. We may close registration for a session at any time.
- We may refuse or cancel a registration where the information provided appears false, or where the participant is not a suitable fit for the session.
3. Schedule changes
Sessions are normally held every Sunday at 11:00 AM IST. If you register after a session has begun, you will automatically be placed in the next available session. We may reschedule, shorten or cancel a session for operational reasons and will notify registered participants through the contact details provided.
4. Fees
Registration for the Webinar is free. You are responsible for your own internet access, device and any data charges. If we offer a paid programme during or after the Webinar, separate terms will apply and will be presented before any purchase.
5. Free resources
Resources offered with registration — including the 7-Day Inner Ground Reset Plan, the Dad Split Score Finder tool and the Practice Guide — are provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. Any stated monetary values are indicative only and do not create a right to a refund or a cash equivalent. We may change or withdraw a resource at any time.
6. Participant conduct
During the live session and in any associated WhatsApp group, you agree not to:
- Record, screen-capture, reproduce or redistribute the session or its materials without our written permission.
- Post promotional, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or unlawful content.
- Share other participants' personal information outside the group.
- Disrupt the session or interfere with other participants' experience.
We may remove any participant who breaches these rules, without notice and without liability.
7. Recording of sessions
We may record the live session for quality, training and replay purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded where your camera, microphone, name or chat messages are active. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within the Webinar — including the Abundance Tree model, frameworks, slides, workbooks, text, graphics and recordings — is owned by or licensed to Two Twelve Degree and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own development only. You may not teach, resell, republish or create derivative commercial works from them.
9. No guarantees
The Webinar shares ideas and practices for reflection and daily application. Individual results depend on personal circumstances, effort and consistency. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome — including income, career, health, emotional or relationship results — and any examples shared are illustrative, not promises.
10. Not professional advice

The Webinar and its communications rely on third-party platforms such as video conferencing, email and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, income, data or goodwill, arising from the website, the Webinar or the free resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Communications
By registering, you consent to receive Webinar reminders, resources and related information by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone, including automated or AI-assisted calls. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, and continued use of the website or attendance at a session means you accept it.
